Step 1: Take two pictures - one close-up of your valid government-issued photo ID and one of yourself holding that ID under your chin, so that we can verify your identity.
Step 2: Submit the two photos via email to verification@ballybet.com or alternatively through live chat.
Here are some helpful tips for your submission:
Confirm that your ID is valid and not expired, and make sure the entire ID is in frame.
Great lighting from the front ensures a high-quality picture.
Have your head and shoulders in the frame, similar to an ID photo.
To make sure we can see you, please avoid sunglasses or hats, and don’t use any filters.
Keep in mind that we may ask for supplementary identification, such as a copy of your Social Security Card.
