The Bally Bet app is only regulated to be used in select states. To ensure our players are located in a regulated state, we employ the services of GeoComply. Each time you attempt to place a new wager or cash out an existing wager, your device will undergo a location check using GeoComply.
- On mobile, the software will use your Wi-Fi and location services to pinpoint your location.
Failure to pass a geolocation check will result in you being unable to wager, until you are once again located within the regulated state.
If you are inside of the state but are near the border of a neighboring state, it is possible to get a false failure. If this happens, see I'm in state but it's showing I'm outside the border. What can I do?
