How do I add Bally Bet to my safe senders list?

To add to your Safe Senders List, please follow these steps:

1. Open your ‘Safe Senders’ settings.
2. Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address or domain you want to add, and select ‘Add’.
3. To add a mailing list to your safe senders, enter the mailing list under Safe mailing lists and select ‘Add’.
4. Select ‘Save’.

Thunderbird

To add our address to your Thunderbird address book, please:

1. Right click on the sender's email address to open the menu.
2. Choose "Add to Address Book..."

Apple Mail

1. Add the email address to your address book.
2. In Training mode, emails will arrive in the INBOX highlighted in brown. In Automatic mode, junk emails will arrive in the Junk box. To add an email that arrived in the JUNK folder, highlight the email message.
3. Choose Message > Mark > As Not Junk Mail

To add the sender to the Address Book in all AOL software versions (except AOL Desktop v10.1)

1. Click the Mail menu, and then click Address Book.
2. Click Add or Add Contact.
3. Fill out the relevant information in the appropriate boxes, and then click Save.

4. Close the Address Book window.

To add the sender to the Address Book in AOL Desktop v10.1

1. Click the Mail icon.

2. Click the View menu, and then click Address Book.
3. Click New.
4. Enter the desired information, and then click Save.
5. Close the Address Book window.

Google Mail (GMail)

To add to your Safe Senders List, please follow steps below: 

1. Click the small 'Cog' icon on the right side of your screen.
2. Select 'Settings' then 'Filters and Blocked Addresses'.
3. Go to 'Create a new Filter'.
4. Add the email address and create your preferred customized settings.

iPad/ iPhone

To add 'Bally Bet Arizona' to your safe sender's list using an iPad or iPhone, you must access the web provider that you use on your device. 

The iPad or iPhone are compatible with a number of e-mail providers and we have provided the instructions for the majority of these providers. Just select your e-mail provider, for full instructions on how to add us to your safe senders list.

 

Windows Mail

To add to your Safe Senders List, please follow steps below: 

1. Start by selecting Tools from the top menu and then Junk E-mail Options from the drop-down list.
2. If you get a fair bit of spam and are willing to put up with the occasional legitimate email being marked as Junk (which is called a false-positive), you might want to switch to the High level of filtering. If you choose the high setting, be sure to check your Junk E-mail folder fairly often to make sure no actual messages were incorrectly flagged. Also, it's a very good idea not to permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of moving it to the junk email folder, because there's a very good chance you'd be automatically deleting messages that are not spam. 

The final option is to only accept email from people (or domains like gmail.com) that you specify (your safe senders list). Only use this option if you know exactly who will be sending you email messages.

1. Select the Safe Senders tab. One default setting that you might want to change is the Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders List, which is turned off by default.
2. And finally, select the Phishing tab. Microsoft has included anti-phishing (more info on phishing here filters as a part of Windows Mail. You may wish to place a check in the box labeled move phishing E-mail to the Junk Mail folder, but be sure to check your Junk Mail folder once in a while for false-positives.
3. If you find that Windows Mail has incorrectly identified a message as spam, and your settings are such that Junk mail is moved to the Junk folder, use the Not Junk button to restore messages to the Inbox.

 

AOL Webmail

AOL Webmail

1. Open your email message from 'Bally Bet Arizona'.
2. Click on 'More Details' at the top of your email message.
3. Hover mouse over the From address.
4. Our email address is automatically placed in the email field in the "Add Contact" pop-up box.
5. Add additional contact information.
6. Click on 'Add Contact'.
7. Our email address will be automatically entered into your AOL Address Book.

Yahoo Mail (YMail)

In Yahoo! Mail, you cannot add an entire domain. Instead, you will need to add the specific e-mail address that the desired messages come from.

1. Click the Addresses tab.
2. Click Add Contact at the upper left.
3. Enter the e-mail address and any other details you want, then click Save.
4. If you have an e-mail message from Bally Bet Arizona, from that message you can also:
5. Click Add to Address Book in the From field of the header.
6. Click Save Contact.

 

Hotmail (Windows Live)

To add to your Safe-Sender's List, please follow these steps:

1. Open your Hotmail account.
2. Click on Options. This is the cog icon located at the top right corner. 
3. Go to View all Outlook Settings.
4. Select Mail then Junk Email.
5. Under Safe-Senders and Domains, click '+Add'.
6.  Add our domain name: www.ballybet.com then press ENTER.
7. Click SAVE to make sure all changes are set in place.

How do I add Bally Bet to my safe senders list?

At Bally Bet Arizona, we want to make sure you're receiving the information that you need about your account, such as withdrawal messages and login confirmations, along with offers and promotions that we can send to you!

In order to receive emails from us you'll need to make sure that we're added to your 'Safe Senders' list.  Many email providers have spam filters that will sometimes block our emails, so it's best to add us to your trusted list of senders to ensure you're getting the best out of your onsite experience.

You can check in your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder to see if you might have received any emails from us and you can normally open one of our emails and mark it as 'not spam'.  

To make sure that we reach your inbox in the future, you can follow the instructions that we've provided below by selecting your e-mail provider and following the steps that we've outlined to add us to your Safe Senders list.
