When joining Bally Bet, you agree to the terms and conditions which allow us to void any wager that should be prohibited by applicable law, rules, or the regulations of the state in which the wager was placed.
This can include but is not limited to, wagering on prohibited markets, wagering on events where the outcome is known (regardless of any system errors that permitted placing the wager), and wagers in violation of the terms, conditions, rules, policies, and other agreements with Bally Bet.
Bally Bet may void wagers that are in violation at its sole discretion.
In the event that you knowingly and maliciously place a wager on any events or markets where the outcome is known, or where odds do not appear to be accurate, your wagering limits may be reviewed and lowered, or your account may be closed. You acknowledge and agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, place any wager if the outcome of the event or market is known or the odds are obviously incorrect.
